Charlotte brings a passion for client services and a background in executive recruiting to her work as Senior Associate at Rich Talent Group.
Throughout her recruiting career, she has partnered with several clients in Venture Capital and Private Equity, and at Rich Talent has worked with companies including Athletes First, Pokemon International, Reformation, GoFundMe, and H&R Block, among others to recruit leaders in Finance, Marketing, on to Boards, and in other functional areas.
Prior to Rich Talent Group, Charlotte worked at Russell Reynolds Associates, of the world’s largest executive search and assessment firms, supporting their Global Financial Services Practice as a Knowledge Professional and Researcher.
Charlotte graduated with a B.A. in History and Leadership Studies from Williams College, where she was also a member of the Women’s Varsity Squash Team.
