Charlotte brings a passion for client services and a background in executive recruiting to her work as an Associate at Rich Talent Group. She’s helped recruit executive leaders in Finance, Marketing, on to Boards, and in other functional areas.
Throughout her recruiting career, she’s partnered with several clients in Venture Capital and Private Equity, and at Rich Talent has worked with companies including Athletes First, Pokemon, Reformation, GoFundMe, and H&R Block, among others.
Prior to Rich Talent Group, Charlotte worked at Russell Reynolds Associates, of the world’s largest executive search and assessment firms, supporting their Global Financial Services Practice as a Knowledge Professional and Researcher.
Charlotte graduated with a B.A. in History and Leadership Studies from Williams College, where she was also a member of the Women’s Varsity Squash Team.
