Emily is motivated by the importance of diverse voices and stories in influential spaces, from boardrooms to storyboards. This passion for intersectional leadership propels her work as a Research Analyst at Rich Talent Group, where she has helped recruit diverse executive leaders to companies such as Pokémon, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Athletes First.
Promoting equity and dynamic communication have been throughlines in Emily’s career. During her time at the ReFrame Project, created by Women in Film and the Sundance Institute, Emily advocated for greater parity in the entertainment industry, promoting projects with diversity of individuals in decision making positions. Further, she researched prevalent social and economic issues as an intern for the Office of U.S. Representative Sean Casten (D-IL), in order to champion what was most important to constituents in her home district.
Originally from Glen Ellyn, IL, Emily graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in English. Outside of work, you might find her snuggled up on the couch with her journal and a cup of coffee or out listening to live music.
