Lauren has always had a passion for supporting people through different phases of life.
After spending years in the wellness industry focused on management, operations, teaching, coaching, recruiting, and retail, she joined Rich Talent Group to focus on recruiting and making an impact on people's lives through their careers.
At RTG, she brings to life her love of connecting with people and her curiosity to understand them. As a Senior Research Analyst, she has helped recruit executives to companies such as Pinterest, McDonald’s, and Black Girls Code, among others.
Lauren is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo. She received a Bachelor’s degree in English studies at Marymount University. She is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and a certified Birth Doula through DONA International.
