Suzanne is a founding member of Rich Talent Group with over twenty-five years of recruiting experience. She has led corporate talent acquisition for some of the world’s leading technology and retail companies.
At Walmart.com, Suzanne led and managed the talent acquisition team as the company grew from 350 to over 1500 employees. Previously, she was responsible for creating the internal executive search function for Gap Inc.’s headquarters organization, across all brands and channels. She also worked for two top-tier global executive search firms including Heidrick & Struggles.
Suzanne brings a deep understanding of client needs and expectations to her work, and has recruited senior level candidates for clients including Indeed, Sony, Stitch Fix, Figma, ForgeRock, and Lululemon, among many others.
Suzanne has a BA in psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a Bay Area native and lives in Oakland with her family. She can be found on the baseball or soccer fields rooting her kids on from the sidelines or at home enjoying a glass of Bartalotti wine.
