Vincent is a connector, voracious learner, and passionate about building strong teams. At Rich Talent Group, he has helped recruit executive leaders and board members for companies such as Adobe, Indeed, Quora, Vuori, and IDEO, among others.
Prior to RTG, he supported the leadership recruiting organization at Airbnb, where he worked to bring onboard leaders who inspire and serve their teams in pursuit of a world where anyone can belong anywhere. Vincent also helped launch the recruiting function at GHGSat, a company that makes satellites to monitor greenhouse gasses.
Vincent holds a B.A. in Hispanic Literature & International Development Studies from McGill University.
