Wendy is an Executive Assistant at Rich Talent Group where she provides high-level administrative support to the CEO.
Previously, she worked at Brunswick Group in various roles but most notably as a Recruiting Coordinator, then as a Recruiting & DEI Specialist. In these roles, she helped support Brunswick’s senior recruiting and onboarding efforts in the U.S., in parallel to building out the global diversity, equity, and inclusion program.
A native of Queens, NY, Wendy has lived in New York City her whole life and holds a B.A. in Sociology from Columbia University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, training Muay Thai, and exploring new restaurants with friends. She also volunteers as a cat foster for a local rescue organization.
